Franklin Loan Center - Working for you during this challenging time

Franklin Loan Center is vigorously committed to the safety and health of our employees, clients, and partners. While everyone is going through this period of uncertainty, we want to assure you that we are taking every precaution to ensure the safety and health of everyone we interact with. Our hearts go out to all those affected, and anyone impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic.

We want to assure all our borrowers and agents that Franklin is treating the unfolding situation with an unprecedented level of caution and focus, and we remain committed to ensuring ongoing continuity of services. We recognize the critical nature of our business and the impact it can have on our clients’ and partners’ lives and we take this responsibility seriously to keep our high standards that you have all come to expect. Please know Franklin operations remain open and available to you for loans and assistance via phone, email, video, and social media. Our teams and production staff are working hard to meet the current high demand even if we are physically apart.

Here at Franklin, we have been fortunate so far during the outbreak with our employees’ and families’ health and started adjusting our work habits a few weeks ago to be prepared. We’ve also been working for years in architecting our processes and platforms for distributed work and have taken several immediate preventative steps in recent days. We have implemented a dramatic expansion of our Work from Home program, increased social distancing inside all our offices, moving to video/audio conferencing for meetings, and increased disinfection, cleaning and behaviors recommended by the CDC for our offices. As we have always done, Franklin provides all our employees with paid sick leave and health benefits to make sure our family and loved ones are safe, healthy, happy—and at home if the need should arise.

Our industry is composed of many interlocking partners, service providers, and companies, and each part of the process faces challenges as you all know. As the situation develops, times are affected, or parts of the process are impacted, we will keep everyone informed and in the loop. Communications is critical during the best of times, now even more so. Franklin is constantly monitoring our industry service providers and regulatory agencies for changes in program availability, policy, procedure, turn times, or anything else that could affect delivering the best service possible to our clients—and adjusting our internal priorities as needed. We are here to answer your questions and concerns and will do everything we can to communicate updates you need to know as we all navigate these new challenges.

We are all a part of the process, and we’ll all be part of the solution.

Although we may be temporarily separated by distance, we remain together in spirit and commitment, and that’s what will help get us and our communities through this crisis. As extended members of our Franklin family, we hope that you and your loved ones remain safe, healthy, and happy, and we’re here to help in any way we can. Our 2020 company mission is ‘Marathon Pace’; being in it for the long haul, investing in our people and processes, and aligning our business in order to have a strong, resilient, and long-lasting presence. It’s never been more important that ‘we treat your loan like it’s our own,’ practicing compassion, community, and understanding across our industry.
