Each of these items will have a positive impact on how fast we can process your application. The more we start with, the faster everthing goes!
If you have a loan officer, make sure to use their link or choose them from the drop down list at the beginning of the application. This helps your file get to the right person as fast as possible.
Fill in the application as complete as possible
The more information you give us upfront, the less we will need to collect later. Your loan officer can always help you with finding the right answers if you are unsure.
If you have a borrower and a co-borrower, we strongly recommend you use different email addresses for each person. You each have to sign and agree to things during the loan, this helps keep things clean and seperate.
Use Asset Verification
When you get prompted to connect to your bank, login and authorize it to pull your information. No need to find, scan and upload bank statements.
Authorize Employment & Income check
Electronically very emplyment and income! If your employer participates, no more finding and uploading paystubs!
Remember to submit your application! This is the most common overlooked step.
All these small steps combined can have a big impact on how fast the process goes and saves you the time and trouble of collecting information that can be obtained automatically.
