Donovan Piacenza has been in the mortgage industry for over 17 years. He started on the administration side, eventually becoming the closing department manager for a bank in the South Bay of Southern California, where he grew up. Spending so many years on the back end of the mortgage industry has proven to be quite valuable in transitioning to originating several years ago. This experience has allowed him to truly understand all aspects of the process, from start to finish.

He truly enjoys playing a significant role in the clients exciting journey of buying their first home, moving up to a new home, or refinancing their existing home loan to save money. With all of his clients, he strives to provide constant, clear communication, being fully transparent and setting realistic expectations. His goal is for the client to always feel they are in the know.
